At the one-year mark of living at The Livingston and in that time the buildings have been completely repainted, roofs repaired and landscaping significantly upgraded. It's so nice that management works to keep the property updated and fresh.

Excellent place to live! The management at this place is extremely helpful and efficient. They have trash curbside pickup three days a week and weekly landscaping maintenance. They also address any issues in your apartment almost immediately upon your request. Their managers are always kind and willing to help.
